Forest Hills
Forest Hills is a small residential city located in southwest Davidson county. Developed as a suburb during the post-WWII population and economic boom Forest Hills has enjoyed steady residential growth and has remained a great place to live just outside of Nashville.
When Nashville consolidated with Davidson County in 1963 Forest Hills was one of the few cities that retained its identity. With lots of trees, rolling hills, pastures, and Radnor Lake state park nearby you’ll feel like you’re further away from the concrete jungle that’s urban life.
At almost 100% residential population and high-density housing prohibited Forest Hills will remain the gem of a location, it is today.
